October 8, 200223 yr Ooo ... EHAM to LOWI ... that's one of my favorite flights. I imagine, then, that RC3 must have worked out terrain avoidance issues, which always arise using default ATC in this area.- Caphollandhttp://flightsimmers.net/va/caphollands
October 9, 200223 yr : Ooo ... EHAM to LOWI ... that's one of my favorite flights.: I imagine, then, that RC3 must have worked out terrain: avoidance issues, which always arise using default ATC in: this area.I seem to remember having asked this question about v3 sometime in the past, and the answer back then was that you must know the altitude limitations yourself, RC can not know it, or something like that. But I would not mind being wrong this one time. :)Morten.
October 9, 200223 yr Commercial Member this tutorial is using an instrument approach plate. so if you fly the plate, you can avoid most of the nasties (mountains).we still have the "notams" feature, so you don't have to have a plate, and you can still land at LOWI JD Read my blog
