Hi allA post on a different forum somewhere asks the question "Why would anyone pre-order?"Well, when a developer who you have dealt with before brings out a product you just know is going to be a "must" you pre-order to get your hands on it as quick as possible.When the developer provides the kind of service that JD, Doug, Rick et al delivers you know you can be sure of customer service that goes way beyond anything you can rightly expect (should include Scott in there too because he is so quick to help)I read the post JD made first thing this morning, UK time and as I had not received an e-mail I sent one in to JD. Despite the fact that it was about 1:54am where he is he took the trouble to send me the long awaited url when he could easily have waited until morning so anyone new to RC who is wondering whether to take the plunge I say order it as soon as it is made available to all, this is by far the best supported product I have ever seen.Best regardsJohn

I can not agree with your statements enough John.If all software developers could take only a portion of the lessons that this team has demonstrated, it would be a wonderful thing indeed. I was not able to sleep in this morning and saw the post that you mention. I checked my email and was sad to see nothing there. I emailed JD and figured since it was 5 or 6 a.m. here it might be a few hours yet before I got a responce. Not 5 minutes later there was an answer.Now the problem arises.I have to spend sleepless nights wondering what ver.3 has in store for me when it arrives.:-lol Yes dammit, I read the manuel. Hello John in UK land, I agree totally with what you stated. Not only are the RC folks excellent in their responses and response time they do continue to aggressively respond even though there may be a strong difference of opinion. I, for one, admire their attitude.Cheers
