Steve, I think I have the record for prompt key service from JDTLLC, 10 SECONDS!!! I was talking to Rick Thompson on MSN when I remembered I'd just sent him my key request via email for installing the gold beta version of RC3. I pasted the New Prod ID on MSN and had my key in just 10 seconds. :-lol Way to go, Rick!Best, Rob
