Hi All, I have been seeing the Radar Contact program advertised for quite some time, I never really looked at it. But now, I must know. I realize it is an ATC program, but how interactive/reactive is it? I mean, does it react to me? Or is it on assigned flights, meaning if I deviate, I loose control of the flight...that kind of thing. I am curious, and who knows, I might even buy it if it sounds good. ;-) Thanks.Brian A. Brian,RC is a totally interactive, realistic ATC environment. If you can file it, RC will control you. The best way to answer is for you to go to the RC site and look over the pages and DL the manual. It's about as realistic ATC as is possible for Flight Sim.

Ahhh 1 more thing...In reguards to it reacting to AI flights, am I able to hear my AI flights talking, and am I able to see them flying around? I have all kinds of PAI stuff, and many plans that I worked on myself loaded up. I would hate for that all to be put to waste...:-) But I am really leaning towards purchasing this, it looks great!Brian A. NeumanWoodbury, MN

Hi Brian,You can still see and hear your ai flights. I've loads of pai stuff myself and it works fine. There is a section in the RC manual (free download) which describes how best to use RC with AI.As far as direct interaction between RC and the ai is concerned that is limited to RC giving traffic alerts if ai planes get too close.RC doesn't control the ai planes.All the best,John

This thing is a flying jamming slamming cramming best of the bestest, upside down inside out hopping hipping thing to hit the scene man. You get close to be sooooooo smoooooth with the program flew across the ocean last night eham to kewr and man the vibes were awesoooooome dude. The sounds from chatter file which you can set low to full throttle made me feel like I needed to turn the dial to try to get a better signal, soooo real man I didn't want to land, darn those connections we had to make. I have flown pro flight, rc2.2 and now this down to earth or should I say up above earth and the ease of the programs after reading some things I needed help with on this forum. Best money I spent. No problem my friend and remember that there are answers to all our problems just sometimes we have to look under the bed where we left them. Sorry, thats what my mom always said to remind me when I couldn't find my glasses once and sure enough there they were, just didn't take the time to look hard enough.
