Dreamfleet 737 and Otto

Featured Replies

Quick question, has anyone been able to get Otto to fly using the DF737? I hand over the plane to her, she says she takes it, I've got the heading and altitude a/p switches pushed, but she doesn't do anything. We get cleared to a new altitude and the plane levels off at the alt in the MCP. In 2.2, she'd change the MCP settings, how can I get her to do it in ver 3?Thanks,LobaeuxBTW, an outstanding program so far, very realistic, but I do have the pauses in the controller voice. Gonna try widefs and put FSMeteo, RC, and Cactus ACARS on the laptop and try that.

the rc co-pilot cannot fly a plane that does not have the ms autopilot.

OHHH!! Okay, no prob. How about the PIC767, PSS's and Eurowings, any of those with the MS autopilot? Also, do I need to get another key if I'm going to put RC on my lan laptop to run it with WideFS?Thanks,Lobaeux

Don't know about Eurowings but PIC767 and PSS aircraft have the non-standard autopilot also. Sorry our co-pilot can't fly them either. To get around this enter your plan into the FMS and let it do the flying. Our co-pilot can still do the radios for you in these aircraft.

Okay, no prob. Just wanted to be able to let Otto fly in case I have to get a sandwich, take a shower, or whatever, lol. I'll just have to turn the volume up real loud and listen for instructions, then come a-runnin'.Lobaeux
