Hello,I have clicked on ATC Text and on advdsp display, the ATC text and the menu kept flipping back and forth too fast and I am unable to read the ATC text. How can I fix it? I want to be able to read the ATC text and then it goes back to the menu.I am using Geforce 4 with 41.09 driver.Thanks!Brian

Brian,I tried the feature and have the same problem as you. I'll see if there's anything that can be done to get around this.I'll also make sure it's addressed in any point release. I know that doesn't help you right now.

Same problem on my slow system, PIII 550Mz, 390K RAM, GeF2 MX200 w 30.82 drivers, W98 (current patches) DX 8.1.Occasionally it also appears the voice queue gets backed up. I may not be consistently getting the reply menu option. Audio is Aureal 8830 based card.No problems with other apps.Window size on docking does not hold between sessions but is in the config file for the aircraft. Since docking sand also selecting text display I have to go to the menu, modules, uncheck adv., do it again and recheck, before it shows now.I'll try adjusting other parameters.

Check to see that your panel.cfg isn't marked as "read only".Best, Rob

Ron,Are you saving the AdvDisp window? Right-click on AdvDisp, click "Save". It writes the info to the aircraft's panel.cfg file.Also, before undocking and re-docking, try looking left or right (not panning), and then back forward. This always fixes the disappearing Advdisp window for me (although it's rare).
