RE: WinME fix

Well Scott,I know you have a keen sense of humour, but at times I have to wonder about you....I went to the suggested site: http://www.blehq.organd all I found were photos of someone's house. Is this the secret to getting RCV3 speech to run faster? Was I suppose to click on one of the faucets in the "badkamer" to set my process priority? :-)And to see this thread locked as a solution! :-lolSeriously, where can I find this tool you to which you referred?Bruce

Bruce,I was not able to access Scott's suggested site, but did find Process Viewer by simply doing a search using Google. And it did help the speed of controller voices by changing RCV3 priority to realtime.Airdog

can you post the correct url, so i can lock a real me solution?thanks

I couldn't access the site either. All I got was a "This Page Cannot Be Found" error. The only reliable hits I got using Google brought me back to the same site and gave the same results.Doc G

JD,This is where I obtained Process Viewer:www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,6102,00.aspAirdog

thanks. i updated the anchored topic

Hi all,I thought my voices were OK. But when I upped the RCV3 priority to above nromal using PrcView, there was much improvement. Is there a command line change that can be applied to RCV3, similar to the WinXP fix?ThanksJohn
