I am familiar with assigning pre-recorded chatter to countries, but if I want airport specific chatter, would I use the ICAO code as some of the examples in the winwood directory show? Would RCV3 recognize those ICAO codes?-Brendan

yeschatter files in winwoodksfo would be played if you were departing from ksfo or arriving at ksfo
