there is no install of rcv301.zipyou simply extract it into the rcv3 directory.maybe you need to re-download it

OK I'll try downloading it again. I get a little RC icon and when I click on it, I get a "file not found - runtime error". How big is this file supposed to be anyway? What I downloaded was only about 700Kb.Thanks, Adam

run time error 53 means "file not found"are you even getting the splash screen?is the .exe you're running called rcv3.exe or something else?
