just wanted to say I updated my hard drive today went from 8.5g to 60g. what a differance even I was supprised. But the reason for this post is to say when I went to use rc3 it would not run. I had to get another key. well Rick sent me a key in less then 2 hours. That is service. There support is second to non! I may have to send for another key because I still have 2.2 on may system. Just wanted to say thanks and great service. keith
