I always use the addon Scenery folder. But you can put it anywhere you want. After you add the scenery you have to start fsx go to settings, Scenery library and add the area. Hope this helps keith

I had this happen to me with the a321. For some reason the model folder was gone. Lucky for me I keep the drive backed up and was able to copy it back. keith

I would try going to advanced security settings for active sky 2012. Go to change permissions and you should be able to add a user. keith

Tell us which airport you are at and your settings. Are you using AI. At busy airports AI will kill frame rates. keith

Hi everyone just got as2012 and all is good!! What I would like to know is what I would need for a reinstall. I have asa.and ase which was upgrade and as2012 which is an upgrade. I would like to remove asa and ase but if I have to reinstall as2012 will it look for ase? thanks and great product!! keith

I can not find it either. Since I have upgrade I don't want to delete ase until I find it. In caes I have to reinstall. keith

I had the same problem. For me the fix was go to control panel,sounds,communications and make sure the do nothing box is checked. Hope this helps. keith

If you go to there forum they tell you step by step how to reinstall. What I had to do was redownload it from the flight1 web site and then it reinstalled ok. keith
