May 6, 200323 yr Dear jd,Since deleting a "saved flight" two days ago, I have gotten nothing but "off course" warnings and "busted altitudes" galore.Yet I am perfectly on course and altimiters precisely set. I deleted the flight through the RC Folder in Windows Explorer. Was this wrong?Clearly, RC is not seeing/detecting my aircraft as it should.I got perfect critiques before this.Should I reinstall RC?Thanks,Johm Wyatt
May 6, 200323 yr Commercial Member there will be a corresponding .flt and .wx file in fs2002flightsmyflts, you probably need to get rid of those tooso if you deleted xyz.dat, you will need to delete xyz.flt and xyz.wxbut you say you deleted the file in the rc folder? there are no saved flights in the rc folder. in the rcsaved folder yes.you didn't delete the rc3.dat file, did you?if so, you might want to check you heading and altitude deviation settings on the options page, and also the default transition levels on the controllers page.
