Callsigns & frequencies

Featured Replies

RC3-controllers often call an aircraft's registration number e.g. "D-ASDF" instead of "Lufthansa 23"I'm using PAI, how can I fix that issue? And another thing, yesterday when I was approaching LOWI, RC told me to switch to control tower's frequency, I pressed "1" for "Acknowledge & tune freq." but then there appeared "N/A" in the ADVDISP for a second that means it was unable to tune in the frequency.

you will need a program called trafficlook.exe, which is included with the fsuipc.zip file you have. run that program while you are flying. look at trafficlook, and see what it says d-asdf is called.whatever it says the airline name is, look in the rcv3aircraft.dat file. is there a line that has that airline name on it?if not, report back here your information, and i'll tell you what to do from there.on the frequency thingy, the only time a N/A shows up, is when the option's number you pressed, wasn't available. see if it happens again. fly it again, and save a dat about 10 miles out. if the problem persists, send me the dat filesjd
