June 17, 200322 yr Ive upgraded my computer to WindowsXP with a clean install.Im trying to reinstall Radar Contact V3, but I keep getting themessage "cannot create temp files" or something like that.Any idea what the problem is.I must clarify my isntallation.I installed XP to a new partition, and have just been reinstalling my programs to the C drive, overwriting old versions.Thanks for the help.john wNewburgh, IN
