Featured Replies

Upgraded to latest beta, from 3.0 and now cannot get RC to start. I get an error code as soon as I try to open RC. This doesn't happen with 3.0.This is the error code:AppName: rcv3.exe AppVer: 3.0.0.1732 ModName: kernel32.dllModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 0001a918Any help JD or others appreciated.ThxRod

did you extract, and overwrite all files, as necessary?

>did you extract, and overwrite all files, as necessary?Yes, exactly as described on the RC web site. Used Winzip and unzipped directly in RC directory, using replace files. I thought it would give me a new RC exe and retain the old one, but it overwrites the old one (obviously I guess, just what replace old file would do!).

the rcv31 beta creates a rcv31.exe file. there is no file to overwrite by that namego to a dos prompttypedir c:pathtorcv3 > output.txttake the contents of output.txt, and post it herejd
