Hi!Today, wanting to take of from 22R at EKCH (Copenhagen), i was told to drive in position and thereafter i would expect to get a clearance for takeoff. 2 times i waited for 5 min. without any clearance being given and gave up. I succeeded finally when i chose another aircraft, but i find it amazing that there should be a problem with that plane now. Have had it for more than a year without problems. The plane i used at first was a MD90 from Scandinavian. The one i succeed getting the clearance in was a B737-400 from Scandinavian - though it took some 30 sec.. Is it the plane - or is the program which makes fun with me?Then i've got a sound problem on my new computer. Not always - but almost always, the voices become "scratchy". A few times i've experienced that it suddenly become normal again, but in general - it goes on till the simulator has been closed. Now - the drivers for the soundcard should be the newest and i have no problems with sound in other programs. Can it be the /high in the commandline? I never had any problems on my old PC running Windows ME, but now i'm using XP. CheersLars

take the /high off, if you are running 3.1 and see if that helpsare you running 3.1? was the plane lined up on a heading of 220? if you are running 3.1 and there are planes sitting on the other end of the runway, tower won't clear you, until they movei can't believe it is the plane. maybe when you changed planes, the other aircraft had movedjd

Hi JohnI'll give it a try the next couple of times that i fly. I have experienced that it didn't happen, so i have to make some flights before being sure it has changed...There was nothing in the other end of the rwy (04L). It was me who changed it to 22R, which is the correct rwy to take off from at EKCH, while RC wanted me to take off from rwy 30 - which, like 12 only are used in emergencies. And Microsoft of course, as always use rwy 22L, which never are used for take off's.. While waiting for the clearence, i could hear the endles canned messages about plane being directed to 22R. (And i am running the newest 3.1). Maybe i should try it again and see if it happens again.
