Cannot select "DIR CKPT" (option has gone)

Featured Replies

Hi,currently I'm doing a flight from EDDH to LEMH.I've missed a waypoint and wanted to go direct to the next wpt via the DIR CKPT option. The problem is: The option has gone! It used to be there in earlier flights. I switched the menus by hitting '9', but it's simply not there. So I entered slew-mode and passed the missed waypoints manually, which worked all right.Maybe the option has gone because I did not select the flightplan in FS2002 before? Mabe RCv3 somehows "needs" it to shows the possible waypoints for DIR CKPT? What I did: I just created a new situation *without* selecting the flightplan in FS2002. I just loaded the flightplan in RCv3, of course. Thanks in advanceMalte

Are you flying Terminal Enroute - or still on Departure freq? It's there on Center freq, first item page 2.

it should be there while on center freq. not in departure or approachi can't think of any reason i would remove that option while enroute.

Hi,I *am* on center frequency. I'll post a screenshot (which I still have to take) at a later time. If I press '1', RC says "N/A" because the option is not displayed.regardsMalte

Make sure you're on page 2 (press 9) first.
