One of the files to download was a new version of FSUIPC. Check your Flight Simulator 9Modules folder and make sure FSUIPC.DLL version 3.1.2.9 is there. If not get it here http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html

also make sure flight simulator is running, and fsuipc is correctly installed in that version of flight simulatorjd
