March 4, 200422 yr I ordered and installed RC in Sept, 2003. 2 weeks ago got a new CPU. On Feb 25 or 26 I requested a KEY in order to reinstall, and again on March 2 I made a second request. Still no key. Cany you help?? thanks, lr.
