Ever sence I've upgraded FS2004 with the new patch, Radar Contact won't work. I can load a flight plan into it and i have adv display showing the RC panel, however when I press a key to get weather for example, no sound. I'll try to goto Clearance and Delivery and that key won't work either. I downloaded the 2272 version but I'm getting the same results.....I'm using fsuipc 3.4 registered version as well.Any one out there have any idea what might be wrong?

First thing to check is your sound settings in FS2004. Please click on Options|Settings|Sounds and make sure Lessons/flights is at least half way across the bar.Flight Sim may have lost focus. The next time this problem happens move your cursor anywhere on the panel except over Adv Display and click the left mouse button.

how many wavs do you have in the winwood2? 3? 4?, 12?if you to the options page, choose an airline, and click the speaker icon? hear anything?go to the keyboard option page, are the correct keys defined?jd

It started working again....hmmmf...I don't know what was wrong. Perhaps it was the window focus issue, I'm not sure. In any event thanks for the replys and the suggestions.
