I received a new key code from you today that I can't get to work. I sent a reply using the "reply to" address of the e-mail you sent with the new key, but I thought I would try here as well.When I paste the key in and hit register nothing happens.Please help!Thanks-Michael E. Smith

Make sure you aren't pasting any trailing spaces with the key code.Mark Kuebeler
