Contact Arrival - RC FS9 goes Black

Just re-installed RC 3.0 and updated the software to 3.1 now on every flight when RC say's "Contact Arrival" FS9 screen goes black and I have to re-boot. I have dowloaded the most current FSUIPC and ADVDISPAY.Any thoughts?? Should I re-install.Paul C.

fs9 goes black? are you using stock ms planes? if not, try a ms plane/panelwhy did you reinstall rc, something else happen on your machine? maybe something else is going wrong

The only aircraft I have currently is Level-D, PMDG and the Fanda Dash-8-300 Pro. I decided to put RC back on my system, so I took out the Level-D with RC activated and this is were my problems started. I will try it with another plane. I am also going to re-install RC again just incase it was a bad install, because in the past i never had a problem with RC.-Paul C

Well, I did a re-install again, and tried RC with the Fanda Dash-8 Pro and it worked GREAT! just like the old times. I will go back and try it on my Level-D.-Paul C.
