Modules Folder On Drive C

Featured Replies

Hello,I noticed that after RC is installed it creates a modules folder on the C drive which contains FSUIPC and ADVDisplay. Is it safe to delete this folder since I already have these files in my FS9 modules folder which contain newer versions of the above programs?

it did that, because the registry entry holding the path to flight simulator doesn't exist. that is probably the result of not reinstalling flight simulator, but copying it from a backup or another machine.you can delete the c:modules directory if you have the lastest fsuipc (3.50 i believe) and advdisp (2.133) in the flight simulator modules directory

Thanks, I will delete it. Just to let you know, I did a clean reinstall of FS9 and then installed RC.-Paul C
