I have noticed that "some" of my addon aircraft show up like this in the startup screen.This example is from POSKY.

Are you referring to the angle, or the see-through engines? If the angle, you can change it with the mouse by holding the left mouse button down on the plane and moving it to the position that you want.If the see-through engines, I don't know.
