January 9, 200620 yr Hello all...I received my copy of RC4 today, but found the cd to be damaged, with a scratch in it. i tried to install anyway, but there were errors during install, stating that it couldn't read the CD.I sent an email already, but I am curious, and can't wait to get an answer. Perhaps some of you guys can shed some light here. What is JDT LLC policy for these situations? Do they send a replacement CD?Thanks
