Dear Support, just recevied my CD and key. After registering I aplied the 4,01 patch. Program runs fine. When I want to select any flight plan (created by FSBuild, FSCommander or default FS) I get the following message:Run time Error '53'RadarContact.rcv4module.get_departure_informationOK then program terminates. Please advise.

did you rebuild the scenery database inside rc, after you installed it?jd

Please try your flight again. This time when you run RC click the debug button. It will create a file called rcv4.log in your radar contact folder. After the program terminates:1. Zip up rcv4.log2. Zip up your flight plan, weather file *.wx and *.rc4 filesPlease describe your problem again and include the following information:1. What version of Flight Simulator are you running?, exactly2. What other add ons are you using, with versions no's, exactly3. What version of widefs, if applicable are you running?4. What version of fsuipc are you running, exactly (not the latest, that don't cut it)5. What version of advdisp are you running6. What plane/make/model are you flying?7. What flight planner are you using?8. When you exported your flight plans did you choose FS200x format? Please send all this information to [email protected]

I did rebuild the database one time. I repeated this and now the flight plans can be loaded.I then started my flight as described in the manual. I had a CTD just before take off. I don't know if RCv4 was responsible, but I am going to redo it and hope i don't get any further ctds. Thanks for your help Rick, I hope it will be okay. Now am going to sleep...Good night.
