OK guys, has anybody had this happen:KLAX to RPLL. Leaving FL150 for 230 as asked to do. CTR asked me to switch to another CTR controller, and I hit the #1 button one million times and it never ever switched over and control kept kicking my butt since I didn't want to change the freq. is this on every flight, or just one?do you have auto-tune on contact checked? if it is unchecked, you have to manually change the frequencyjd

Not every flight, but probably two.auto tune and contact are checked. It just seemed to lock up. do you remember the frequency you were being switched to?jd

I think this is because the ADV DISPLAY box is active in FS. When you de-activate the adv display box numerical inputs for frequency changes are accepted.
