hellohave been reading around in the manual for a while now.and regarding SID and STARS.is DP and IAP approaches SID and STARS or have I got it wrong.in so case, how do I make to program in a SID and STAR before a flightthanks-Anders-Happy radar contact user :(

departure procedure and SID (standard instrument departure) are about the same thing. different nameiap approaches can be used to fly at star to the end of the runway. though technically the star ends when you contact approach, many like the ability to fly the star to the end, so we accomodated them with iap approachesthere is a section in the manual on how to "plan" a sid and star into a flight plan. that may help you get the hang of itjd
