July 28, 200619 yr Hey everyone,Just have some questions I hope people can answer for me.1) How do you all figure out what the transition altitude at your departure/destination airport is?
July 28, 200619 yr Commercial Member 1) for non - faa airports, it is based on the transition altitude of the airport and the barometric pressure at the time of your flight. there is actually a good section in the manual about. we put it there to answer this very question.2) it was something to save my sanity. instead of me trying to guess where the files are stored locally, or on a widefs machine across the network running fs, i just ask you where the path to the files are, network drive or local.3) short final, or arrival vectors, will never clear you below the msa of the arrival airport. what does the rc controllers page say is the msa at nzwn?jd JD Read my blog
