Unable to purchase RC4

Featured Replies

Hi,I'm possitive my details are correct, tried 4 times already now, I am unable to purchase RC4 from the web site, the payment gateway complains about being "unable to verify my address" and "unable to verify my phone number". How these can be verified from a credit card number, is beyond me.

for security reasons they don't tell you waht is wrong with the transaction. prevents fraud, since you don't know what you need to fix the next time you request.is this a card from another country than usa?you would be one of a handful of people that have ever had a problem. i suggest contacting [email protected] and ask them to help you.jd

Hi,Thanks JD, and understandable. Yes, the card is located outside of the US but again, I've *never* had problems with purchases anywhere.I'd suggest you perhaps look at alternative ways to sell your product if this is the case... Not wanting to be funny, but for the same security reasons, I would not be to keen to provide details such as my telephone number, address, and more specifically, credit card numbers to unknown parties via a trivial form such as email. If you do insist on selling it yourself (for which I can understand there might be reasons and benefits to do so), perhaps you can look at alternative means of payment, such as PayPal for example... Not even PayPal has problems with my credit cards :)

emetrix is well known organization. they are very good at spotting fraud, and i have almost 0% fraud.in so doing, sometimes legit purchases are caught in the middle. i know credit cards outside the us, are often at greater risk of being flagged.again, contacting [email protected] is the way to gojd
