At say 2500 feet im told to contact departure, My co pilot contacts DEP but gives my altitude as the assigned rather than what Im passing. Net result Im often cleared to flight levels that are too high too quick and also puts me into conflict with other traffic.Iv often being cleared to my CRZ FL before the end of the SID. Even though RC is aware im flying a published DEP route.Any ideasJames
