what happened or was changed prior to having this failure?did it ever work?that error usually means that the .wav file isn't properly formattedorthere isn't a whitepoint05.wav in the 99 directoryjd

upgrading is a pretty darn big thing :-)did you do the 4.0 to 4.01 upgrade, then 4.01 to 4.2 then 4.2 to 4.3?it's the 4.01 upgrade that puts that file in the 99 directory. can you verify if that file is in 99?jd

Ok you have a good point,I think i did all three upgrades.I have looked and I do have a /99 directory, and there is whitepoint05.wav in there..
