I own Radar Contact V3.0, should I one day decide to sell it, would it be possible to transfer my ownership to its' new owner (as it is needed for product activation)?

yes you can do that.but.....as a convenience to the new owner, please email me who you are, and who the new owner, and the new owner's contact info. that way, when he requests a key, i won't turn him down because i don't know him.the other thing to consider, it's already too late to get upgrade pricing for v4. but when v5 comes out, and you're no longer an owner of v3, you would not be eligible for upgrade pricing. the new owner of v3 would be.jd
