Received a new key last night, copied and pasted, click; in a few seconds the screen closes. When I try to open RCv4 the registration page comes back on. Don't remember this problem before. Do you have any ideas?Thanks,louross

vista? need to runas administrator (right mouse the short cut, that is one of the context menus)not vista? are you sure the product id you sent me is correct? is there a minus sign there, but you didn't include it in your key request?what's your product id?jd

I have received several emails with a new key but non of the keys will register. I have been using the computer generated email request,should I try the manual one? The product number I have quoted is copied from the RC4 page.Your advice would be much appreciated, John [email protected]

i see where your first two requests were for 548403295your last one was for -548403295when you put the minus sign in front of it, was it the right key?jd

John, I put the "-" in after a reference in one of your replies to an earlier post. The correct product number is 548403295 as in my first 2 requests.

is this vista? you have to run rc as administrator (right mouse click the .exe or the shortcut, click run as administrator)if it isn't vista, send the keyboard.dat file to from your rcv4 directory, and the product id from your registration screenjd
