July 20, 200718 yr Hi: I just reinstalled RCv4 from my CD after having rebuilt my PC. After the installation, I sent the e-mail for the key and I got the reply listed below. I then sent an e-mail to [email protected] as requested below and I just get the same e-mail reply. The fact of the matter is that I have one e-mail address and it has been the same for more than 5 years. I purchased the CD online approximately 6-8 months ago. What do I do from here? July 20, 200718 yr Commercial Member that's because your email address on record is [email protected], and you sent the key request from [email protected] automated process is not smart enough to know that [email protected] is the same thing as [email protected] key has been sent, by the way, once i updated your email addressjd JD Read my blog
