Need help, RC will not run without giving error 75

I purchased the download version several days ago and have yet been able to get it to work. I recieve the same runtime error 75 in both FSX and FS9.I can only get as far as the automated weather and thats it. I am running Vista on a dual core. Any help will be appreciated. I have read the other posts regarding this problem and they did not help.Thanks in advance,Steve

on vista, you have to run the program "as administrator" right mouse click the icon, or shortcut, then click run as administratorjd
