RC can't conect with FSUIPC

I've just installed RC, after I import a flight plan, and click 'Start RC' I get an error saying the the program can't connect with FSUIPC. I've check, and I have the current version of FSUIPC installed. Any ideas?

is fs running when you click the start button on rc?
