1) that was a decisoin we made early on. we could have denied you for a number of reasons. but we figured that there would be enough people WANTING a rwy for whatever reason, and would get so frustrated sitting there, and getting denied. we we approved all rwy requests. we assume, if you're asking, you've already done the due diligence and not asked for something stupid2) you can't. the biggest influence of what runway you're going to get, is what the ai are doing. if they are landing with a tailwind, you will too. better that, than landing at the opposite end of the runway where they are landingjd
