No AI Chatter

Featured Replies

Purchased latest version of RC4.3.3845 this week. System is XP,FSX and a registered version of FSUIPC4.16. I also use FS Commander V8.1. Whilst I get pilot and controller voices, there's no AI chatter at all. FSC shows the AI in close proximity in flight. AI is generated by the standard FSX facility.Only difference in installation is that RC stated that a later version of FSUIPC was installed than supplied with the program and wonder therefore whether the FSUIPC is not installed in the right directory for use with RC?FSINN and FS Copilot have been installed but not used.

do you have interact with ai checked?do you have chatter pilots selected?still no chatter? follow the directions at the top of the forum, and generate a .log, and send it to me. it would be most helpful if you tell me the ai call sign you think i should be talking to. i'll look at the log and tell you why there is no ai chatter. keep in mind, if you are on clearance frequency, you are only going to hear ai chatter to ai that are receiving clearance. same for ground, if you are on ground frequency, only ai that are doing somethin on ground frequency, will be heard. if they have all received their taxi instructions before you tune to ground, you won't hear anything.jd
