Hello,I just purchased RC and it looks like a great product. I am however encountering a problem I cannot seem to download the product. I did get the 2 e-mails and the link to the download. But when I click the link the webpage sits there and trys to load. But I get no download window is there any other way I can download it?ThanksAirtran

make sure any firewall, spyware, malware, software are not preventing the download. the download link works finejd
