Hello. I recently purchased Radar Contact v4 and sent my name and ID to get my registration key. However, I got an e-mail back saying that this is not the e-mail I used to purchase RC with but it is. If they sent me a confirmation e-mail for the purchase in the exact same e-mail then how can this be the wrong e-mail? When I replied back, they never answered. I'm waiting for 8 hours now for my registration key so I can start playing RC. Please help. Thanks.
