thanks for reply, but..no, that number (683425679) doesn't match my product ID, my product ID is 10 digit - should I post it here? I didn't get any mail and yes I keep checking my bulk folder

As for why the email from yesterday didn't reach you I have no idea - but the email didn't bounce back. My today's mail was exactly the same as the one from yesterday, same address, subject, body formatting etc.Anyway, got RC4 registered, configured (more or less..) and just safely finished my first RC4-ATC assisted route, KSLC-KPSP (in PMDG737). Was fun!
