Hey John. What ever happened to the sticky that had downloads for additional pilot and controller voice sets. I did a search but couldn't find them. Is V5 going to have a more diverse set of pilots and controllers for different geographic regions? Thank you.

4.3 has all the pilot/controller sets. there was no need to keep the sticky.if you need the link to 4.3, email methe controller/pilot sets will be as diverse as the volunteers. i can't make these sets up :-)jd

Thats what i figured but I wasn't 100% sure. I couldn't remember the names of everyone. I made a back up of the file the last time you sent it to me so I have everyone. I think I had asked you about this before but I can't remember. I was using the default ATC before you sent me the 4.3 download a few weeks ago and it seems like the default ATC interacts with AI traffic more. It also uses multiple runways when its able to. Will V5 be able to space AI traffic, esp. on final, properly and make better use of AFCADs?........like using parallel runways, knowing the taxiway layout, progressive taxi, gate assignments, etc...

there are programs that handle ai spacing. aismooth comes to mindrc will read the afcads for more than runways in v5i will not be giving progressive taxi instructionsi will know what gate/taxi way, etc when talking on ground and towerjd

Sounds good. I can't wait. I have AI Separation but all it does it basically delete the AI aircraft out of the sky if there's a conflict. The thing that gets really annoying is when there are one or more parallel runways but ATC is conducting both take-offs and landings on all of them instead of using one for take-offs and one for landings so your not sitting in line for a half hour waiting to take-off. Is that kind of logic easy to impliment for V5 or is it unrealistic from a programming aspect? P.S. I'll volunteer for a voice set if you need one. Unfortunately I have an American accent so I wouldn't be of much value for a foreign region. My 2 Indian friends say I do a great impression though.....LOL.
