Well, I've read great reviews of this program, and there looks to be a great user forum, but having downloaded RCV4 and tried to register I got this response fairly soon afterwards... Radar Contact Version 4 Key - Failure In an effort to streamline the Key Generating process, I request that your Request be in the following format: nnnnnnnnn ! Firstname ! Lastname Send the request to [email protected] The subject line should be RCv4 Key Request Thank You John Dekker ([email protected]) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Guy Buesnel 745498873 The instructions on the registration screen do NOT ask for the email to be sent in this format. For me, the registration process has not been streamlined, and to get a failure notice having paid to download the program is not a good start. if you click the button, marked "email registration information to jdtllc", a properly formatted, email is created, addressed properly, and with the correct subject line.for those who want to email their information manually, they will probably get a response within 30 minutes with the proper format. sometimes i catch these key requests when i'm at my pc, and fix them on the fly. when i'm having a meal or in the loo, the automated reply goes out.sorry for the inconvenience. looks like you have your key nowv5 i will open a new email message properly formatted and addressed and give you specific instructions on how to do this from a web based email system.jd
