I can't get the registration Key

Sorry again John but when I enter the key you just sent me, the registration screen shut down and nothing happens. When I click on RCV4.exe (even whith administrator rights), the registration screen opens up again to ask me the key I allready entered.Could this be because of Vista and the minus sign before the product ID?thank you

try this key IMDQCGOIHNAFAFMILHLDCBJJFOJHKLLCis there a minus sign as part of the product id on the registration screen?are your right mouse clicking the shortcut or .exe, and clicking run as administrator?even the administrator on vista, doesn't have administrative rights.jd
