Is this vista?If so, you have to right mouse click on the .exe or the shortcut, and then click run as administratorIf not vista, is there a minus sign in front of the product id? Did you include it, in your key request?If neither of these, could you send a screen capture of the registration screen, and the keyboard.dat file from the rcv4 directory, where you are running rcv4.exe from?Thanksjd
