Hi, my name is Joe Warner and my product id is -456808612 for some reason the registration code you sent me doesnt work.

Is this vista?If so, you have to right mouse click on the .exe or the shortcut, and then click run as administratorIf not vista, is there a minus sign in front of the product id? Did you include it, in your key request?If neither of these, could you send a screen capture of the registration screen, and the keyboard.dat file from the rcv4 directory, where you are running rcv4.exe from?Thanksjd

Problem Solved, QUICKLY!!. They accidently sent me the wrong key, all is good.
