JD,I cannot get RC to register successfully. I've tried multiple keys you sent me many times to no avail. I sent the e-mail in the proper format, tried disabling firewall, nothing changed. I changed my keyboard.dat, no change either. I'm running XP Home, and the minus is in front of the Product ID.Much appreciated if you can help

firewall is not an issue.what is the product id, of the machine rc is installed on?jd
