You get used to their POV buttons. Takes practice at first, but I have no problems with it.Matt

:-hah LOLMatt

Fix the problem?Matt

Get WCPUID from http://www.h-oda.com/It will tell you what chipset you have. Note that it can't tell the difference between the Via KT133, KT266, and KT333. However, it's not really important as they are all Via chipsets.Matt

If you need to grease it, they recommend taking a towel and wiping off the shaft. Then get some vaseline and lube up the shaft. Work it in and out a couple times and it should be good. You shouldn't need to do it very often, though.Mine goes very smooth in all directions.Matt

There's a picture of the AETI Throttle here. http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?$=main/review/afcs.htmI use the yoke with the throttle, all connected to my CH gameport rudder pedals. Everything works great. If using XP, you have to get the right drivers from CH's website. The only problem I have had with the yoke, is that one of the C-Clamps stopped working right. It will tighten fine, but when I try to take it off, it basically screws out of the clamp. Kind of hard to picture, I guess. It's not really a big deal, as it still holds tight. I just have to loosen it up, then pull it off. Not enough to keep me from loving it! ;-)Matt

This topic has nothing to do with FS. It should be in Hangar Chat. :-lol :-lol Just kidding. Hilarious post! :7Matt

Yes it is possible. It would no longer be called a gauge, though. Check out Project Magenta. It is exactly what you are talking about.Matt

I'm not saying he shouldn't have gotten anything going from a TNT2 to a G4...he should have gotten some increase. However, if he was really looking for performance, an MX-series card is a waste of money.Matt

Usually, Shift-E is used to open doors, deploy stairs, etc.Matt

:-roll Matt

MX cards are not made for performance. If you wanted performance, you shouldn't have bought a MX...especially at only 64MB. Geforce 3s are faster than the Geforce 4 MX series. Also, you're CPU will be holding you back. 900MHz is pretty slow by today's standards.Matt

I would have no problem buying a $100 video card without a warranty. Either way, the ones listed at pricewatch were not neccessarily VisionTek.Matt
-
Visiontek is out of business now. Doesn't really matter unless you wanted the warranty or something.Matt

Couldn't agree more. I bought the AETI AFCS yoke, and am very happy with it. If I had to buy another yoke, I would buy it again.Matt

http://www.a1-electronics.co.uk/Graphics_C...a_Ticards.shtmlhttp://www.a1-electronics.co.uk/Graphics_C...rclocking.shtmlTi200 is 175/400, Ti500 is 240/500. If you're going to get a Gf3, it would be best to get the 500. Failing that, get the regular. You can overclock the normal version's memory easily to Ti200 speeds, and the core is already faster. I also have the original Vistion Geforce 3.Matt -
Why do you need to get the DF 737 to work with FSNav? It's got a perfectly good FMS that will do the same thing. It's the only 737 Classic panel I will ever use.Matt

Using an Asus A7V333 with Via KT333 chipset. Couldn't be happier. Well, that's not true anymore since the KT400 is out ;).Matt
