  1. In my three projector setup, I would prefer to have all menus appear in the left view, in stead of the centre one. Is this possible? It would be even better to be able to operate all menus from a separate monitor. Any ideas? Vidar
  2. I will upgrade my FS PC soon. Both MOBO and CPU will change. I expect to have to reinstall Windows, as well as all software. Is there a procedure to uninstall my MD-11 and NGX licenses before upgrading, or will I be able to Activate the software on the "new" machine without problems? Vidar

  5. Have a look at my temporary solution to the desimal point problem. I am using the two free wires in the cable between the Display controller and the Display board to carry the no. 3 and 4 decimal point inputs. On my redesigned Display Controller, I can either strap the connection, or use relay contacts of a Digital Outputs board to select the decimal points if needed.Looking forward to a more elegant solution from Dirk! :-)Vidar

    Hi M
  10. I should add that I am now able to load the VC and Cabin version as long as I do it from Cockpit View.2D is great. 3D is putting a heavy load on the system. Thanks for helping me out!Vidar
  11. OK, that got me going again. Thanks. Still not able to run the VC nor Cabin, but I'll sit tight until the first patch is out. You guys seem to have your hands full calming down impatient customers.Keep up the good work!Vidar
  12. Nope. FS is set up to load the last situation. I forgot to say that the PMDG 10 days warning pops up, I click ok, and the "Loading elevation data" panel is shown for 1 second before the application exits back to the desktop.Vidar
  13. Hi!Having finished my first flights with this wonderful bird, I am now unable to start my FS2002 at all. :(The sim obviously tries to load the last situation, the 737NG-600 at Heathrow UK. During "Loading elevation data", FS2002 exits suddenly and completely, back to Windows desktop.Path to FS2002 is D:flightsimFS2002, and I even tried copying the FMCWP to the default C:program filesMicrosoft GamesFS2002 folder due to reports on problems with this folder.System is: ASUS P4G8X with P4 2.4GHz, 1 GB SDRAM, GeForce4 Ti4800 128MB into dual monitors, DirectX 9.0a, Windows XP Pro. Help! :)Vidar Eggen
  14. Looks interesting!I found that the LCD.ttf font was installed in the application folder, and had to be moved into the Fonts folder to make the application run. Also, the application does NOT need WideClient when run on the same PC as FS.More testing tomorrow. :-)Best regardsVidar

You will not be able to use this encoder without some extra circuitry like the REDec board. http://hongkongfui.de/REDec/redec09b.pdfThe FSkey will need a Knitter switch, or the ALPS equivalent series SRBM1L encoder.KRVidar
