Hi all New to FTX and just bought EGHI and also FTX Global. The EGHI install file says I need EU England? Is this the case or does FTX Global do the job? Thanks Matt

Hi. Firstly! OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!! Am new to FSX. Am using a logitech joystick with twist for rudder/nose gear usage. Many models I fly, when twisting the joystick when stationery, the rudder moves, then when taxing it locks and the nose gear only moves, then after a certain speed on the take off roll the twist action only moves the rudder as the nose gear movement is restricted. Am assuming the 777 model can do the above and am guessing I need to change some controller settings? Can anybody kindly assist with the setting? Kind regards Matt Martin

Happy Holidays to all.There have been some postings over at www.fsrepaint.ru of modified Fifty North 737 models. Winglets etc. I have posted but zero reply yet and emailed a few of the guys too without success. Does anybody have an idea where we can find these new models?ThanksMatt

What the shop told me was that the GTX 295 dual core was in essence two GTX 260s stuck together. FS9 cannot take advantage of this. So it seemed to perform even worse than only using one of the 260s. Get a professional to remove the dual core and see what single one you can buy to replace. I can sell you my awesome Rock laptop if you want. I have no use for it now. It still is an amazing FS9 performer!!Matt/EGKK

Removed the dual core card, replaced with singlt GTX285 and now all is good. Moral of the story is. FS9 does not do well with SLI!Matt

I disabled the Soundblaster X-Fi Xtremee Gamer and no change. The guys who built it are switiching to GTX285 single card tomorrow and are gonna sort it with me there. Fingers crossed.Thanks

UPDATE!I loaded Railworks, a train simulator. It ran fine, muffled sound though rather than the nice train noises coming from the speakers connected to my Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer. Anyway, I un-installed that game. Ran the sim and frames in the 2d we really good, BUT same muffled sound quality. I rebooted the PC, loaded the sim again and frames were again bad in the 2d panel :-(Matt

Well I went into Nvidia control panel and ticked "do not use multi gpu mode". No change sadly.... How did you disable ther SLI airtrafficgroup??Matt

I have a desktop with 2 x GTX 295 cards, and am using 186.18 on my new rig, which is going back to the maker tomorrow. Totally bemused as to what is going on. So will buy a setup identical to Ed's which I know works. I have been using till I bought this rig a brill Rock HD widescreen lap top woth No problems. Selling it now. It still takes some beating performance wise in FS9!! We both gave 2 graphic cards running. I wonder if that is where the problem is....Matt

Annoying isn't it. What monitor are you using?? Are the frame rates in the 2d as low as 10?

As per all earlier posts I am running Fs9 not FsXMatt

Motherboard is Gigabyte, GA-EX58-UD3UR. I do not see the need to overclock a $3000US PC to be honest. I will try send it back and get a trusted spec from them that a good friend has. I do not use FSX, only FS9. The frames are OK when in the 2d panel when NOT in fullscreen mode. But nobody like to use anything other than fullscreen.Just really strange!Matt

I run FS9. Same driver as you mentioned with 2x GTX 295 cards as one totalling just under 2gb. And I have 3 GB ram. I have tried lowest to highest setting via the sim and also using enhancer. Excellent frames in all views including the vc. But under 10 in the 2D. Very annoying.

HiI have just bought a new rig. Including a Nvidia GTX 295 and nice iiyama 1920 X 1200 LCD screen. I get excellent frame rates in FS2004 in the spot view, with everything up to the max. But go to ANY 2d cockpit and it drops to below 10!!Anybody any ideas??ThanksMatt

Ignoring the fact that the aircraft has no nose gear doors, I was having fun. Untill I am overhead Canarsie inboound 13L at Kennedy, then black screen and crash to desktop. Seems a few problems are occuring for everybody.Good luck in fixing her guys. I am uninstalling and going to quietly await a fixed product. Matt

While you are in the general area of the nose gear doors, maybe take a look at any regestrstions that are on there, quite a few I found were either upside down or mirrored. Just noticed on one of my gear cycles.Matt

Hi all. Am rapidly enjoying filling up the new Aerosoft LHR scenery with AI. But am getting very frustrated as there seems to be a limit to the number of a/c that are displayed. I have trebble checked that I have installed the aircraft correctly, checked the Traffic tools files are correct. But some aircraft just will not appear. Have tried with several models. Is there a limit or a file one can modify to increase the amount visible.Thanks in advance for any help.Matt
